Alarm Protocol
If you note that an alarm is sounding, please call 1-800-727-9561. Follow the directions as noted on the station's sticker. You may be asked to enter your numeric message (your phone number). Your timeliness is important and it is imperative not to flush toilets until the situation is resolved. Please notify your neighbors that you have responded to the alarm and that they should refrain from flushing. The alarm response is usually very timely.
